Floody's Do 2003

It all started the night before. In fact, exactly 24 hours before partytime, with the house in the throes of preparation, the first guest arrived all the way from Reading, dressed up to the nines in his penguin suit! And so we shared the fish and chips, him in black tie and me in t-shirt and tracky-bums.

Those that could read their watches turned up the next day and proceeded to consume vast quantities of Calais' finest until 5am the following morning. The pictures below tell that progressive story.

Big shout goes out to you all for coming down, to the wise men who bore gifts, to Duncan for stealing my 'booze quota', to Luke for abiding to it, to Tim for staying on the right side of the garden fence, and to whoever used my oak wine coaster as an ashtray. And, just in from Mrs Whitaker at No 73, a big shout goes out to Woolfy in response to all his shouting on the night.

Looking forward to seeing you all at the next official Tonsley Event, probably sometime in the new year... watch this space.
